Can I exchange my order?
Yes!
Should you find you have ordered the incorrect size, you are welcome to arrange for an exchange.
1. Reach out to our team to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) - Contact Us
2. Our team will advise exchange options available when responding with your Return Authorisation Number.
3. Exchange must be made within 30 days from date of original purchase date.
4. All items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached in order for the exchange to be accepted. Restocking fee of $11.90 will be charged for items returned without their tags attached in the original manner.
5. Return postage costs are not covered by AquaDash but we will cover the postage of the replacement items.
6. Swimwear must still have the hygiene strip attached.
7. There are no exchange options for clearance items.
Please allow 21 days for exchanges to be processed
Any incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be refunded.
**Items discounted by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Can I return my order for a refund?

If for some reason you need to return any AquaDash product within Australia, we will refund your item excluding the shipping costs provided the following conditions are met:
1. You must have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which can be requested by completing the Contact Us form.
2. Returns are made within 30 days from date of original purchase date.
3. All items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached in order for the return to be accepted.
4. If tags are not attached in the original manner, a $11.90 repacking fee will be charged.
5. Swimwear must still have the hygiene strip attached.
*Refunds are not offered on sale or clearance items.

Can I return items from a bundle purchase?
If you only wish return part of a bundle for a refund, meaning you have no longer a complete bundle, the prices for the remaining items will revert to full price.
Should you wish to return the entire bundle for refund, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage as well as repacking fees.
All returns must comply with the following conditions:
1. You must have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which can be requested by completing the Contact Us form.

4. Each item from a bundle that is returned, is subject to a $11.90 repacking fee. This will be deducted from any refund due.
