When will my order be shipped?
Due to increased demand during the sale, please allow 4-6 business days to process and ship. Our team will be working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible.
Hopefully we can get orders out the door faster but you will be notified when your order is on its way to you!
Updates regarding any potential delays will be emailed.

What is a pre order?
Due to overwhelming demand, many of our classic size/colour options are already sold out.
We don't want you to miss out on your favorites at these incredible prices, so we opened up Pre Orders.
We have stock in production and this is arriving late in December. We will be ready to ship these items (and order containing these items) on 1st of January.
Yes, its a long wait - but at these prices worth waiting!!!
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Items discounted by 60% are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Swim Parkas with 20% discount can be exchanged for sizing.
Please email us before sending any returns so we can walk you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
Please note - stock is limited and we may not be able to offer you an exchange on the same item you have ordered. If this is the case, you will be offered an alternative (excluding new releases) or a store credit.
Can I return items purchased during the sale?
Items discounted by 60% are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Items that are eligible for return during the sale will be charged an $11.90 repack and shelving fee.
Are discount codes valid during the sale?
No, all discount codes will be disabled during the sale period. Sale prices are final.

What size should I get
We don't recommend up-sizing with swimwear. You want it to be a nice snug fit

How long will it take to receive my order
We endeavor to ship all orders next business day. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order, possibly an additional day or two if you live in a regional area. If you have requested express post, 2-3 business days from order.
How do I care for my swimwear
Your swimwear can be machine washed but we recommend that you refrain from using a spin cycle to prevent stretching. Washing in a "delicates bag" can prevent stretching and pilling.
Use mild washing detergents as stronger ones may cause long-term damage to the swim wear fabric.
Where practical, wash your swim wear by hand with mild soap and tap water. Water alone will not remove the chlorine or salt water. We recommend turning your swim wear inside out when you wash it to avoid damaging the delicate outer layer.
